Aluminium and alloy fusion and die casting

The term die casting defines the industrial process characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. Thanks to this process we obtain products of different and very complex shapes, with mechanical characteristics suitable for a wide range of purposes.

Alloys are led to the liquid state using melting furnaces which permit to obtain castings without impurities. In fact, before this operation, slagging and degasification treatments are carried out to avoid any casting blemish.

To produce castings, we use aluminum and zamack ingots purchased exclusively by leading companies in the field which garantee the best product quality in the long term.

We work the following aluminum alloys:

EN AB 46100, EN AB 47100, EN AB 44100,
EN AB 46000, EN AB 44300, EN 44400, PYRAL

With regard to zamack alloy, we employ EN 177497.

Machine Park

Thanks to our machine park, which includes pressure die casting machines ranging from 200 tons to 1000 tons, we realize aluminum castings of different dimensions – from a minimum of 9 grams to a maximum of 12 kilos.
